Welcome to the Centrum voor Algemeen Welzijnswerk Visserij vzw (CAW) website.
If you do not know where to start, the CAW wants to be your starting point!
CAW Visserij is an independent non-profit and regional relief organisation, that is not part of larger social institutions. The assistance that we offer is voluntary and the CAW guarantees safety, confidentiality and anonymity to the person asking for help.
The CAW welcomes all citizens who have questions and problems and especially vulnerable groups.
The offer of our centre is varied and easily accessible, both for people who ask for help for the first time and for people who have no place else to go.
The three ‘core tasks’ of our centre are:
- A multifunctional and professional welcome
- Various forms of psychosocial support
- Precautionary actions.
